Education
I have a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka, which I achieved with a GPA of 3.99/4.2 (Batch Second). I have also completed an MBA with merit from Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am currently completing a Ph.D. at Victoria University in Melbourne.
Experience
I am keenly interested in working as a tutor because I am passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge with others, and I think that it will give me the opportunity to develop myself as well as others. I have been working in the logistics industry for 6 years as a middle-level manager and am therefore equipped with the skills required in the industry. As a result, I can be of great assistance teaching management subjects given my hands-on experience working in the field. At the moment, I am also working as a consultant for logistics projects and therefore have very good writing and analytical skills. I am a hardworking and dedicated person, who can adapt to any challenging environment. In addition to this, I am very patient with children and would like to work with them as I have lots of experience with children. I am equipped with good presentation skills and have an IELTS score of 7.5.
